Welcome to our specialty coffee shop! These terms and conditions govern the use of our online store at https://ljomacoffee.com/. By purchasing from us, you accept the terms described below.

Placing Orders You can place orders 24/7 through our website. Simply add products to your cart, fill in your shipping details, choose a payment method, and confirm your order. After placing an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation by email.
Prices and Payments All prices on the website are listed in Polish zloty (PLN) and include VAT. We accept bank transfers. Product prices do not include shipping costs — these are shown during checkout.
Delivery We ship within Poland (courier or parcel locker). Processing time is usually 1–3 business days from payment confirmation. You will receive a notification once your parcel has been dispatched.
Returns and Right of Withdrawal You have the right to return a product within 14 days without giving a reason. Simply write to us at: ljomacoffeeproject@gmail.com. Products must be in their original, undamaged condition (e.g. sealed coffee). Refunds will be issued within 14 days of us receiving the return. Please note: We do not accept returns on personalised products (e.g. custom-ground coffee) or items with opened packaging.
Complaints If you receive a damaged product or something is wrong — please get in touch. Contact address: ljomacoffeeproject@gmail.com. Please describe the situation and, if possible, include photos. We will respond within 14 days.
